Worst law firm ever .Was hit by a drunk driver as I was backing out of my parking spot . I was refereed to this group by a friend who spoke very highly of them . 3 weeks went by and I got no update in reference to my accident or claim . After patiently waiting for them to do there job I followed up one final time - this time in a more confrontational tone (i did not curse nor did I disrespect anyone ) I simply stated my frustrations at the fact that I felt like they were not doing what was in my best interest. Ultimately resulting in them telling me there was nothing they could do for me . Frustrated as I was I contacted another law group and what do you know not even a week later my case was immediately settled . The drunk drivers insurance company accepted fault and now I’m being taken care of . THANKS FOR NOTHING ! Stay away from these people . Yes they are pro-bono but they will waste your time

Simple, if your assistant Lazaro, promised me heaven and earth to sign the divorce paper. I asked him to please inform me of the date of the hearing. And yes you are right I am not your client. But my ex-husband is. I believe if your assistance promised me that he would inform me of the court date then he should. Yes it is not his responsibility to inform me because I didn’t pay your firm. But he make false claims. I acted in good faith and signed the papers. Received the court papers the day before the hearing. Mind you I don’t live in Miami. When I called Lazaro back, he told me he didn’t have to notify me that I wasn’t the client and slammed the phone in my ear. Bad bad customer service and client service. With this behavior I don’t know how he has a job. Please beware of this firm. Do your research before you commit. Read the comments and make your decision. Thanks.
