I would like to share my experience with SteinLaw regarding the up going quality of friendly and courteous customer service. A year ago I called SteinLaw regarding a long-term over the counter medicine that caused harmful side effects to my brain years later. And ended up having a major surgery. The reason I chose and contacted SteinLaw is very clear and simple. Meaning that Brandon Stein likes his job, he’s straight forward and committed to do just what he says. Sometimes bad things happen to open doors to good things. It was unfortunate that I was ran over by a car on McArthur Causeway while riding my scooter to work and waking up in a hospital. I did not know any lawyers so had to rely on reviews, and I have to say I could not be in better hands. From the lady who first assisted me with taking my case, to Brandon and Jason, who were phenomenal in every aspect of the long 2-year process. From finding the right doctors, the right physical therapists, from keeping me informed on what was going on on a constant basis, so i was always on the loop, to putting their personal touch making you feel appreciated as a client and not just a money sign. I would give them 6 stars if I could. And one last thing, Brandon and Jason do know their business. You can trust Steinlaw blindly.
