I retained Larry to assist me with a fee dispute with a former client. We incurred substantial fees and costs working on three claims for this client, which were ultimately resolved at mediation. When the client received the releases, she decided to dispute the amount of attorneys fees, which were previously agreed upon at mediation. We initially agreed to take less than our billable time in attempt to get the cases resolved. We served this client well and at this point, I had no choice but to retain representation. Larry assisted me in all 3 claims, 2 of which were being litigated in Federal Court. Larry was aggressive, responsive, and extremely well versed in these kinds of contractual disputes. One thing that stands out is his detailed and comprehensive motion practice. He was ultimately successful in obtaining 💯 of our attorneys fees and costs, which was more than what we would have initially resolved for! As a litigator myself, I understand how difficult these kind of disputes can be and I was blown away by his professionalism, knowledge and efficiency. Amazing! All the television advertising and billboards by attorney’s claming the best results for your case. That is until you contact them to take your case.
