Isarel Burdick and his team represented us for a Hurricane Ian insurance pursuit. He was factual and straightforward. He lays out the process, is abundantly clear with any fee structure, and never overpromises. Our case took nearly a year from the initial claim and included some very unique complexities given we had flood and wind damage. But they did not quit. His team (Frank and Irene) are compassionate caring people. They always called back immediately, were amazing in followup communications, and were very warm during this very long and trying process. Atty Burdick was successful in recovering our losses but watching him in action was even more amazing. He is an expert in this field. After hurricane Irma, the insurance company gave me the run around, refusing to pay for something I had documented that they said they would pay for! I spent hours on the phone trying to untangle this with insurance customer service agents that were often rude and dishonest. Finally, I remembered a friend had used Chris (and won her case) so I asked her for his phone number. Within months it was settled, and I was paid what the insurance company owed me. Plus I didn't have to spend my valuable time going through a million phone menus, transferred around, and arguing with incorrigible insurance agents! I highly recommend him!
