In my initial call I had the wonderful pleasure of speaking with Patty who took all of the information and promised to call me right back, and she did and provided exceptional service by being extremely helpful and informative. My experience with Mr. Dobkin is that he sincerely cares about his client's experience and needs. He listens and then communicates clearly the next step for whatever your situation is. Sometimes it may only take a phone call from Mr. Dobkin and that's what he did. He called my serve advisor and left a message in a non-intimidating tone; I believe it helped me receive a more detailed invoice about my 2022 vehicle repair. The Hyundai dealer had my vehicle for over a month; this was the second time for the same issue. In the past, I've reached out to other attorneys in unrelated matters where I thought a simple call would resolve the situation, but I was given instructions on what to do and unfortunately my efforts were not effective. Therefore, Mr. Dobkin's quick decision to call the service advisor was appreciated very much but was certainly unexpected. I felt like he sincerely cared about my situation. Mr. Dobkin's staff also made me feel like they cared. Although short, the conversations never felt rushed. I believe Mr. Dobkin sincerely cares about people and believe he will be rewarded for his efforts. 😊
