If you ever have to deal with this attorney, don't be as gullible as I was with him. We did a real estate transaction with him back in Oct 2018. In front of the closing attorney, his daughter, the Real Estate agent and the buyers, he claimed that we could trust his word, and his handshake to send some additional funds to the buyers, funds that were missing at the closing. After the closing was signed and done, he reneged on his commitment and refused to pay. With a smile and a handshake he simply intended to deceit the naive under the clout of being a respectable attorney. After a few weeks, I got tired of calling him and the Real Estate agent got tired of chasing after him. He got away with it this time but you should be smarter than me and don't trust whatever comes out of his lips.
