As long as Zulimary works there I won't recommend anyone. She likes to tell her clients girlfriends/wives to park in the CVS which is located 1 block away. She asked my boyfriend to go inside her car by himself so that she could explain what they were going to do when they got to immigration. Which she had done already the day before, could have done that day OUTSIDE the car while spoke tonBOTH of us. Also, she gave him a ride back in her car from immigration to the CVS they had me waiting for 3 hours. Very unprofessional on ALL levels. Unfortunately, it looks bad on Claudia Canizares that is a professional lawyers unlike her employee.

To whom it may concern, My wife paid her contract with your office on March 22nd,2023 for her permanent residency application. We have called your office, emailed you and now using this chat to reach out to anyone who can contact us. They have lied to our face many times, saying they will call back but they never do. Our main concern is that it takes your office 2 seconds to charge us for the service you take forever to provide, let me mention it is not 3 bucks,it is a lot of money you are charging, but anyway not complaining about that because it's your price for your time. It is unacceptable almost 20 days later after being invoiced no one have reach out to us despite our many attempts to contact your office. This is not the first time I have been on a witch hunt with your office since a few months ago we had to do the same because no one contacted us till a month after being charged for a different service. Your customer service level have decreased to a very poor condition. Please if you can't provide the promised service to your clients let us know and we would like a full refund of our money and contact a different law group. I really dont have the time to be calling and chasing anyone, I am paying to be the other way around. I really hope someone with a good sense of customer service reads this and takes action before you start losing your clients. Thank you
