I strongly suggest anyone who may be reading this review to shy very far away from this law office. I was dealing with a pedestrian car accident for over 5 months before they decided to drop the case. They would never reply to my phone calls and I never even got the chance to speak directly with the lawyer in-charge of my case. When having to speak with the insurance I was told I would be in a 3 way call with my lawyer there, however they were not present at all, I had to talk to them on my own. This office has HORRIBLE phone etiquette and emails are even worse. Don't trust any of the reviews you read here, they usually come from accounts with only 1-2 reviews total and are always vague and general, never specific with how their experience was. I wrote this review to cover my partner and I's experience. I don't want their name to be revealed here.

I have been dealing with this office since the 18th of January. Since my accident I did not hear from them until 3+ weeks later because I called them.. The police report was ready again because I called and found out it was and still they did not have it in their possession. Aside from dealing with the stress of having my new car totaled and the situation not being my fault. I had to go through my insurance. I had to do most of their work. My public adjuster sent them the offer for the property damages and did not inform until 2 days later that I asked about it because My insurance's public adjuster told me they sent it March 2nd and they did not inform me of anything until I asked about it. Every time I had a question they put me on hold or on mute and put me on speaker to talk to the attorney. Not once did I ever get to speak to the attorney about any of my concerns. Especially for him to have his own firm. Unprofessional, bad phone etiquette and never a response when I needed it. I think I am more stressed out now then I was at the beginning of this situation. 6 reviews does not surprise me at all. Not the type of service that is expected of an attorney.
