Back in December, my wife and I had loss at our property that we quickly wanted to resolve. We wanted to make repairs, but our priority was to make sure the property was safe. We were clueless about what to do next and were unsure if filing a claim was the way to go. We worried about whether it was even worth it, how much of a hassle it would be, and feared the insurance company might cancel our policy or raise our rates.
We consulted Raimundo, who patiently explained the process. After getting a better understanding of the claim process, we decided to move forward with him as our attorney.
He was constantly in communication with the insurance company, bombarding them with questions and pushing them to resolve our claim. Along the way, he kept us updated, explained possible outcomes for each step, and always shared the "why" behind every action. Even with the insurance company's constant delays, he kept at it. There were moments when we were ready to throw in the towel, but Raimundo pushed us to keep fighting.
